If you spot a listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this web-site as stated below please let us know by contacting us.

Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if
(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term
(c) You have listed a suspicious item
(d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing while we investigate it further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated and any subscription fees will be lost.

Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the buying of Property does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
Membership to this web-site is only available to Real Estate Agents for the purpose of selling property and Real estate Agents for the purpose of placing offers for thier clients and Individual buyers or Investors to make offers and can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under 18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

General Terms.
This site acts as the window for Owners or Real Estate Agents to conduct auctions and for Real Estate Agents, Investors or Individuals to bid on auctions. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.
In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretence.
This Web-site shall not be responsible for any Property sold by Auction, for any damage to items during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. This web-site shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.
This web-site assumes no liability for the content of the listings.
However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

You will be able to inspect the property on the date and times indicated on the property page.
We Do Not pre-qualify buyers or sellers for you. Any other questions to the seller may be done via the website publicly through the "Ask the Seller a Question". This is the only form of contact with the owner allowed other than on the inspection date. The Owner is available through the site or phone to answer any questions.

If you are the high bidder and apparent winner you are obligated to inform the seller if you intend to assign or sell the contract.

Any disputes between a Buyer and Seller are between the Buyer and Seller and both will hold harmless the Fasthomeauction.com their succesors or assigns now and in the future.

Further more, because local laws involved in real estate transactions differ from one area to the next worldwide. Fasthomeauction offers advertisements in different formats for Owners or Real Estate Agents to market their properties to potential buyers. Fasthomeauction plays a role as a publisher and platform provider only and is limited to any obligations and liabilities to or from any user or member of this site. Your use of any pages on fasthomeauction.com confirms your acceptance of these rules.

Advertising and marketing services on Fasthomeauction.com are offered by Rehab Management LLC.

Violations of these rules may result in any or all of the following:
Ø Membership Suspension
Ø Forfeiture of any fees paid
Ø Cancellation of any listings

Auction Format.

Advertising or Marketing on Fasthomeauction.com with the Auction Format does not involve a legally binding agreements between buyers, sellers or Real Estate Brokers and their agents. Even though the term Auction is used, we are not Auctioneers. We do charge an Advertising fee. Our Auctions are a way for Real Estate Agents to market their properties and for potential buyers to show their interest in the property by making online non binding bids. Fasthomeauction is not involved in any real estate transaction and will not be construed to be a third party to any real estate transaction. Fasthomeauction makes no claims to the truth and accuracy of any posted advertisement and cannot guarantee that a transaction will be completed. Fasthomeauction makes no claims to the number of bids that a seller will receive or that a potential buyer will actually buy or a seller will sell. By posting a property to this site you are giving us permission to cross promote it with other venues for the purpose of selling your property.

Buy It Now Format

You can also post a property in the form of an ad on FastHomeAuction. The Posting is the same as the auction format with the exception that no bidding takes place. The same fees and rules apply. If a buyer wants to purchase your property for a set price that you advertise, that buyer can indicate it to you by confirming that he is interested in purchasing for the amount posted.

Real Estate Brokers and Agents.

Real Estate Brokers and agents must disclose any and all required by law information about them when advertising properties on fasthomeauction. Even if you are member of fasthomeauction.com

Laws.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and any disputes with us will be decided only by the Courts of Hillsboro County in the State of Florida .
